EAMICRETE AEA
Air Entraining and Water Reducing / Plasticizer Concrete Admixture
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMICRETE AEA is liquid water reducing plasticizer & air entraining concrete admixture that is formulated to improve workability of concrete mixes and to improve its physical properties. It reduces the concrete mixing water and entrains microscopic air bubbles onto the concrete matrix to increases resistance to damage by frost and de-icing salts. After mixing with the concrete ingredients, it is adsorbed by cement particles introducing a powerful deflocculating behavior which helps in reduction of the mixing water and enabling to reduce the workability loss. It is based on a blend of modified Lignosulphonates and organic modifiers .It is manufactured under controlled conditions assuring consistent quality.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
EAMICRETE AEA is formulated to be used as powerful plasticizing and air-entraining chemical concrete admixture to increase durability and to increase resistance to damage by frost and de-icing salts in:
-
Concrete roads.
-
Airport runways.
-
Bridge decks.
-
All exposed concrete to potential frost &
de-icing damage.
It can also used to increase cohesion and workability of concrete mixes and as a part of combined system concrete in ready mixed concrete.
