Fast Setting, Waterproof, Anti-Freeze Plug Mortar Admixture

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMICRETE AF Plug is a chloride & nitrate free set accelerating and antifreeze mortar and concrete admixture in liquid form. It is based on inorganic ingredients that perform as accelerating agents which enhance hydration of cement without reduction of its mechanical properties. When mixed with cement and cement based compositions it accelerates setting times rapidly to seal areas of severe water infiltration.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMICRETE AF Plug is used as a waterproofing & fast setting admixture for work on wet masonry surfaces, prior to the application of subsequent cementitious repair or renders.

EAMICRETE AF Plug can also be used as an additive for fixing bolts and anchors in rock or concrete.

EAMICRETE AF Plug is mortar and concrete admixture that is formulated for cold weather concreting:

  • Slight daytime frost.

  • Expected overnight frost.

  • Expecting cold period.

  • Egyptian Standards ES 1988 Part 2: Table 1, and 6

  • ASTM C 494: "Standard Specification for Chemical Admixtures for Concrete", Type C.
