PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMICRETE F 1000 is based on a copolymer second generation super plasticizer. It contains a powerful super plasticizer that aggressively disperses cement particles which tend to agglomerate, enabling the mixing water to perform more efficiently and contains materials that achieve early strength to concrete.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Where high early strength gain & quicker dismantling of shutters are needed.

In precast and pre-stressed concrete.

To increase flowability of concrete during placing & pumping.

Where concrete is pumped in long lines.
PRODUCT FEATURES

Significant increase in compressive strength.

Early strength; seven days results are obtained after three days, twenty eight days

results are obtained after seven days.

Produces dense, durable & low permeability concrete.

Reduces segregation, bleeding & increases mix cohesion.

Enables precast concrete units to be demoulded after 12 - 16 hours and earlier for heat / steam cured systems.

High workability concrete is produced at normal cement contents.

Cement saving is possible without strength decrease or workability loss.
