PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIPLAST RETARD M2 is a set retarding, water reducing and air entraining mortar admixture.
EAMIPLAST RETARD M2 is designed on select blend of surfactants, retarders & synthetic additives that introduce air, retarded mortar setting time while maintaining better workability with a non-sag consistency.
EAMICRETE RETARD M2 enhances the dispersion of cement particles in a mortar mix, exposing a greater surface area of cement to the mixing water and enabling the water content of the mortar to perform more effectively.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIPLAST RETARD M2 acts as plasticizing and air entraining admixture and enables preparing of thixotropic cement and cement-lime mortars.

EAMIPLAST RETARD M2 delays the hydration of cement and thus retards the setting and hardening of mortars.

EAMIPLAST RETARD M2 extends workability time, up to 24 hours. After being placed onto the substrate, the mortars set and harden normally, achieved without any strength loss. It is suitable for use in:

Lying of cladding bricks.

Mass lying of blocks and bricks.

Mortar containing lime or sands containing more than 10% of silt as measured by the field setting test.
