EAMIBOND EPZ85 is a thixotropic, solvent free, two component system based on liquid epoxy resin with a special hardener.
EAMIBOND EPZ85 is supplied in pre weighed quantities for ready onsite mixing and use.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIBOND EPZ85 is formulated as moisture tolerant, solvent-free (100 % Solid Content), medium viscosity for use in:

  • For repairing concrete.

  • Anchoring of bolts and bars into concrete, rocks and masonry.

  • Structural bonding of carbon fibers & glass fibers reinforcement to concrete, steel plates to concrete, concrete elements and bridge segments.

  • For bonding & patching mortars, steel, tiles, bricks, etc.

  • For repairing work in industrial areas, roads, bridges, columns, walls, loading bays, and granolithic topping.

  • ASTM C-881; "Epoxy Resin - Base Bonding, Systems for Concrete" Type II, and V, Grade 2, Class B & C

  • EN 1504 Part 4: Structural Bonding.
