Water-based, Curing Compound for the Freshly Placed Concrete

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMICURE–WB is a water-based, solvent-free
curing agent for the freshly laid concrete. It is a
blend of emulsified paraffin waxes, plasticizers
and other additives which form tough resin film on
the freshly laid concrete preventing the
evaporation of mixing water and hence the proper
hydration of the cement in the concrete matrix.
This will lead to optimum physical & mechanical
properties of the concrete. It supplied in two
grades:

  • EAMICURE–WB: This will provide a clear film

after dryness.

  • EAMICURE–WB Translucent : that provides a

white film after dryness & will disappear after a
while .

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMICURE –WB is formulated as a curing
compound for the freshly laid concrete to provide a
dry film preventing the evaporation of mixing water
and hence proper hydration of cement, achieving
optimum physical & mechanical properties of
concrete and minimizing the surface defects in:

  • Parking decks & garages.

  • Bridge structures, retaining walls, etc.

  • Slabs and floors.

  • Marine Structures.

  • Precast elements.

  • Cement-based rendering & repairing works.

  • All similar works.

  • Concrete roads.

STANDARDS

EAMICURE–WB is formulated to comply with all
requirements of ASTM C- 309 Type 1, Class A and
AASHTO M-148 Type 1, Class B Type 2 for the
White grade.
