PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIGROUT CSS is a specially designed, prepacked, ready for use, non shrink and non metallic, chemical resistant cementitious grout. For non staining, high strength, high fluidity characteristics. It is formulated as a special natural aggregate system with shrinkage compensating binder to
produce high controlled dual expansion in the plastic and hardened state.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • When grouting in a harsh environment with possible sulphate & chlorides attack .

  • Grouting under equipment, machinery and column base plates and crane rails.

  • Grouting under general structure supports.

  • Anchoring precast wall panels, beams and columns.

  • Repair of damaged concrete where a highly
    flowable replacement material is required.

  • Combined with fine aggregate to cast narrow structures.

  • Shrinkage compensation which provides a maximum bearing surface for supports

  • Free from chlorides & aggressive materials that may lead to corrosion of steel base of structures.

STANDARDS

  • EAMIGROUT CSS complies with the requirements of
    ASTM C-1107 grade A and tested in accordance with
    ASTM C-109 , ASTM C-827, ASTM C-939 , ASTM
    C-191, ASTM C-230 , CRD C-621 and CRD C-611.
