PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIGROUT EPLV is a solvent free (100% solids), two component, low viscosity, crack injection based on high strength epoxy resin which has excellent penetration power. lt is formulated for injection into cavities and cracks in concrete, where it cures providing superior tensile & slant shear strength.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIGROUT EPLV is formulated for structural strengthening, filling & sealing various types of concrete cracks in structural components such as:

  • Floor slabs.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Low viscosity which enhance good penetration power at low pressure pumping.

  • Suitable to be used in both dry and damp conditions.

  • Rapid strength development.

  • Excellent bond strengths to concrete, steel and most building materials.

  • Shrinkage - free hardening.

  • Solvent - free (100 % solids).

  • The cured resin in highly resistant to acids, alkalis, chlorides and other aggressive salts.

  • The cured resin is impermeable to water.

  • Minimum creep.

  • High mechanical properties (compressive, tensile and flexural strength).

  • Formulated to be suitable for Middle East climates.

  • EAMIGROUT EPLV will form an effective barrier against water infiltration of aggressive salts as well as bonding concrete sections together, hence restoring the original structure strengths.

STANDARDS

EAMIGROUT EPLV complies with the requirements of
ASTM C 881 Type IV Grade 1 Class B and C.
