PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIPAIR – FC 100 is single component, high performance , high strength, polymer & fiber modified cementitious cosmetic and fairing skim mortar for concrete and mineral substrates. EAMIPAIR – FC 100 contains selected Hydraulic binders, fillers, polymers ,fibers and modifiers that permit to be applied in a thickness more than 3-mm thickness. The hardened product exhibits an excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and outstanding waterproofing & weatherproofing properties. It is supplied in two colours: white and grey.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
EAMIPAIR – FC100 is formulated to be used as polymer modified, non-sag waterproofing cementitious fairing & cosmetic mortar for :

As a final fairing & cosmetic coat to repair any concrete surface defects.

As a fishing coat on horizontal and vertical & overhead surfaces prior to application of decorative coatings.

On grade and below grade concrete and mortar.

Levelling mortar for concrete that will receive another protective coating.

Waterproofing & weatherproofing fairing & cosmetic render.

Where exceptional chloride and carbon dioxide resistance is required.

To provide a uniform surfaces free from defects over repaired areas.

Repair pine holes in precast concrete.

STANDARDS
EAMIPAIR – FC100 is formulated to comply with all requirements of DIN EN 998 Part 1: Specification for mortar for masonry, Rendering and plastering mortar.
