PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIPRIME EPN is two a component, solvent free, low viscosity excellent chemical resistant epoxy primer & sealer.
It is supplied in two components, Resin (A) and Curing Agent (B), when mixed and applied will provide an excellent penetration on porous substrate with high adhesion to concrete and steel and masonry substrates.
It provides an optimum chemical resistance for the aggressive chemicals.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIPRIME EPN as solvent free with high chemical resistance and penetrating power is used as a primer for:

  • Preparing thin epoxy mortar, coating & self leveling systems with exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance.

  • It is used to bond epoxy flooring products to concrete and steel, after ensuring their strength and suitability as a proper substrates in aggressive media.

  • As a chemical resistant sealer for concrete floors.

PRODUCT FEATURES

STANDARDS

EAMIPRIME EPN is specially formulated to comply with all the requirements of the following standards:

  • DIN EN 1504 "Products and Systems for the Protection and Repair of Concrete Structures" - "Definitions, Requirements, Quality Control and Evaluation of Conformity" - "Part 2: Surface Protection Systems for Concrete".

  • ASTM C - 881, Type I, II and III, Grade 1 and Class B & C.
