Plasticizing Expanding Admixture for Cement Slurry & Grout

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIGROUT AID PLUS is a powder admixture for use in cementitious slurry & grout where a low water/cement ratio and controlled expansion are required. It is formulated to produce high quality grouts and to increase durability while overcoming the risk of segregation, bleeding and plastic shrinkage.
EAMIGROUT AID PLUS is used for site batched cement based slurry for injection in post tension & pre-stressed elements.
EAMIGROUT AID PLUS has an expansion property which resist the shrinkage of cement. The plasticizing effect increases the fluidity of the grout mix so that a proper grouting operation can be achieved.
EAMIGROUT AID PLUS can be used for filing joints between precast concrete units, grouting of concrete beams, columns and normal repair work where shrinkage must be avoided.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIGROUT AID PLUS is used as an admixture for the following:

  • Rock and soil anchoring.

  • Tunnel lining.

  • Non-shrinkage infilling.

  • Machinery base plates.

  • Bed grouting.

  • Duct grouting.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Provides positive hydrogen free gaseous expansion system compensates shrinkage.

  • Produces high flow grout that will be easily pumped or placed.

  • Reduces water/cement ratio, permeability and improves strength and durability.

  • Reduces bleeding.

  • It does not contain chlorides or other deleterious materials.

  • No metallic iron content that corrode and cause staining or deterioration due to rust.
