PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIGROUT C 621 is a ready to use, high strength, anti corrosion, dual expansion, cementitious grout which requires only the addition of water to produce a non-shrink flowable mortar.
EAMIGROUT C 621 is based on selected Pozzolanic materials, Portland cement, special aggregates and fiber modifiers mixed with shrinkage compensating agent that works during plastic and post hardening state. This blend could be poured or pumped to achieve lower & higher thicknesses as required. EAMIGROUT C 621 is highly flowable grout that achieves high performance and strength.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIGROUT C 621 is formulated to be used as a non-shrink, high strength cementitious grout for:

  • Grouting under machinery & equipment.

  • Pre-cast concrete elements.

  • Grouting under general structural support.

  • Anchor bolts, crain rails and milling machine.

  • Concrete repairs & floor patching where a highly flowable replacement material is recommended.

  • Filling of voids & holes between new and old concrete.

  • All similar application.

STANDARDS

  • EAMIGROUT C 621 is formulated to comply with all requirements of ASTM C 1107: "Packaged Dry, Hydraulic – Cement Grout (Non-shrink)" Grade C (Grade A + B) as well as CRD C 621.
