PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIPROOF PW is a two component, cement-based, acrylic modified, flexible, waterproofing & protective coating for concrete substrates.
EAMIPROOF PW is suitable to be in contact with potable water for applications on external and internal on vertical and horizontal substrates.
EAMIPROOF PW is supplied as two component that provides a brushable consistency to form a hard wearing seamless membrane barrier.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIPROOF PW is formulated to be used as a waterproofing & decorative protective coating in:

  • Potable water tanks & reservoirs.

  • Waterproof lining of water retaining structures.

  • Swimming pools & roof coating.

  • Internal & external waterproofing for concrete.

  • Sealing and coating tie bar holes for water tightness.

  • Protection against carbonation & chloride attack.

  • Protection against water, waterborne salts and atmospheric gases.

  • Foundations, bridges and basement protection and all similar works.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Easy to mix and to apply.

  • Excellent adhesion to sound concrete substrates.

  • Enables the cement-based substrates to breathe.

  • Flexible to tolerate fine cracks.

  • Improves the surface appearance.

  • Approved to be in contact with potable water.

  • Protects against waterborne salts (e.g. chlorides, Sulphate, etc.), atmospheric gases and carbonation.

  • Good abrasion resistance.

  • Can be mixed to a trowelable consistency.

  • Can be applied directly on the new laid concrete, after 24 hours enabling immediate protection.

STANDARDS

  • EAMIPROOF PW is tested in accordance DIN 1048, ASTM D 695, ASTM C 307, and BS 1881 Part 5.
