PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMICRETE SC is a ready to use single component, polymer & fiber modified cementious micro concrete and shotcrete mortar that requires only the addition of water to be applied by Shotcrete machinery.

EAMICRETE SC contains selected hydraulic binders, selected well graded fillers, selected polymers & fibers, silica fume and modifiers that allow it to be applied in a high thickness without any associated problems. It is designed for civil and mining applications on horizontal, vertical & overhead surfaces indoor or outdoor conditions. The hardened product exhibits an excellent thermal compatibility with concrete.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMICRETE SC is formulated to be used as polymer modified, decorative finish microconcrete for civil & mining applications using either wet or dry Shotcrete systems in:

  • Structural repair for bridge decks, bridge, piers & beams.

  • As decorative pigmented finish coat to repair any surface defects in tunnels, sewer pipes, drains, sea walls and culverts.

  • Tunnel lining and embankment stabilization.

  • To provide a uniform surfaces free from defects over repaired areas.

  • All similar applications.

STANDARDS

EAMICRETE SC is formulated to comply with all requirements of DIN EN 998 Part 1: Specification for mortar for masonry, Rendering and plastering mortar.
