PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIPAIR FC SR is two components, polymer modified, flexible waterproofing & weatherproofing cement based mortar, which is formulated to be used as fairing & cosmetic coat over concrete & masonry surfaces. It is produced in two grades:
- EAMIPAIR FC
- EAMIPAIR FC SR where more resistance to sulphate attack is required.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

As a fairing and cosmetic mortar to cover surfaces defects such as honeycombing and blowholes to reach almost of fair face finish.

As a uniform waterproofing & weatherproofing protective render up to 3 mm thickness for facing up masonry & block works.

Preparing the concrete & masonry surfaces to receive protective or decorative paints over coat.

Non-toxic and suitable to be in contact with drinking water.

Same linear thermal coefficient of expansion of the concrete.

Excellent resistance to freeze/ thaw cycles.

Formulated to be suitable for the Middle East climate conditions.
STANDARDS
EAMIPAIR FC SR is formulated to comply with all requirements of DIN EN 998 Part 1: “Specification for mortar for masonry, rendering and plastering mortar”.
